The Organisation Committee is composed of five junior scientists from Université de Neuchâtel and CY Cergy Paris Université, as well as one post-doctoral fellow from Université de Neuchâtel.
This committee is in charge of the preparation of the event, through the collection of scientific abstracts, the invitation of keynote lecturers, the communication of the EGPD (website, social networks, etc.), the organization of activities and logistics, the fund raising for the financial balance of the event, and the presentation of speakers and common activities on site throughout the sessions.
